Coordinate Controls And Utilities
Identify signals, controls, electrical supply, water, compressed air, exhaust and any process-specific requirements. Integration feasibility needs a review of both existing and proposed equipment.
Agree Responsibilities
Record who provides transfer sections, utilities, installation, trials, documentation and operator training. A clear boundary helps avoid gaps between equipment packages.
Plan Acceptance As A Complete Process
Define representative products, formats, operating conditions and acceptance checks for the connected line. An isolated machine output does not guarantee complete-line throughput.
